If you expect to work overtime for a certain amount of time in advance and want to separately calculate the time that has exceeded it, you can use the Monthly overtime work summary.
Extra overtime hours can be set for each employee type.
Here, we will show you the setting method when you perform the calculation with the following rules.
- Overtime threshold (2 levels)
45 hours, 60 hours
- Overtime over threshold
Overtime work from the point of exceeding the time is counted separately.
Turn on the Bonus wage overtime aggregate function
Settings > Options > Bonus wage overtime aggregate function
Select "Use 2 phase premium overtime bonus wage" and click [Save].
Create employee type setting
Settings > Employees > Employee type settings > Click [Edit] for the employee type you want to set.
・Bonus wage overtime
Enter "45" hours for Bonus wage overtime and "60" hours for Bonus wage overtime 2.
・Items subject to bonus wage category
Select the working hours to include in the extra overtime calculation.
Example) When "Overtime + late night overtime" is selected, when the total of overtime and late night overtime exceeds the threshold, their value is separately counted as "extra overtime" and "extra late night overtime".
* Displayed when extra overtime is set before June 2021. If it is set after that, the items subject to the surcharge are "Weekday overtime", "Midnight overtime", "Non-statutory holiday overtime", and "Non-statutory holiday midnight overtime" in order to match with the calculation target of the overtime upper limit regulation "Overtime". It is fixed with. The target item cannot be set arbitrarily.
・Bonus wage priority order
If both overtime and late night overtime occurs on the work day that exceeds the threshold value, select the priority of calculation.
Example) If there are 2 hours overtime and 2 hours late night overtime on the work day that exceeds the threshold with 3 hours overtime left , 1 hour will be subject to bonus wage calculation. Select whether to generate that one hour from normal overtime and treat it as bonus wage overtime, or to generate it from late night overtime and treat it as extra late night overtime.
After completing the settings, click [Save] to save the settings.
The above settings do not apply to the days already calculated. To reflect the changes in the past data, recalculate time attendance .
How to count time
See how overtime hours that exceed the threshold are actually accounted for.
The part that exceeds the threshold for "extra overtime" (45 hours) is separately recorded as "extra overtime" and "extra late night overtime".
In addition, the part that exceeds the threshold (60 hours) for "extra overtime 2" is separately included in "extra overtime 2" and "extra late night overtime 2".
Bonus wage overtime hours, bonus wage late night overtime hours, premium overtime hours 2, and bonus wage late night overtime 2 are counted without duplication.
In this scenario, the total overtime work that is subject to the "bonus wage overtime" is
12 hours 0 minutes + bonus wage late night overtime 3 hours 0 minutes = 15 hours 0 minutes (surcharge rate 125% or more)
- Extra overtime 2
20 hours 0 minutes bonus wage late night overtime 25 5 hours 0 minutes = 25 hours 0 minutes (surcharge rate of 150% or more)
