Even if the general administrator has the authority to view / edit only some divisions, it is possible to check the aggregated data of the help work days of the employees who came to the help.
Preset
Settings > Other > Options > Attendance management settings > "Summarize Attendance data by" must be set to "Enable output with division at each work location".
Advanced Setting
1. Click on monthly or daily data .
2. After selecting the division, check the “Display by employee work location” and click [View]. The working hours and the number of days when you work for the selected division are displayed.
Note
Employees working for help from other stores are highlighted in light yellow.
Note
If you check "Display at employee's place of work" to display, variable labor is not applied regardless of whether or not you are working for help. Therefore, the totals such as time cards and overtime hours may differ.
If you would like to check the totals that apply variable labor in the data of "Display by employee's place of work", please check in "Data output".
Export/Import> [Monthly data output]> Check the “Export by employee work location” of “Output option” and click [Data output] at the bottom of the screen.
The "Confirm monthly data export" screen will be displayed. Check "Apply modified labour" and click [output data].
