Displays various errors such as clock-in and clock-out are not paired and insufficient leave remaining days. The causes and countermeasures for each error are shown below.

Time record error (Time record error work tab)
Clock-in and clock-out data are not paired or duplicated
Please correct the stamped data.
It is recorded on the day when the leave pattern is assigned. Or, the work attendance is continuous.
If you want to apply the deemed pattern, delete the stamp. When applying the stamped data, change the deemed pattern.
It is stamped on the day when the vacation pattern or vacation category is assigned.
If you want to treat it as work, change the vacation pattern to work pattern or unassign the vacation category. If you do not treat it as work, please delete the stamp.
The aggregated result is only late or early leaving.
If the total result is only late or early leaving, it will be an error work. Check the schedule and break time of the target day, and correct it so that the total result is correct.
No time record / With schedule (No time record / With schedule tab)
There is no time record data on the day when the work pattern is assigned.
If you are absent, assign a vacation pattern or vacation category, such as paid leave or absenteeism. In case of omission of stamping, please register the stamping data.
Work on days without time record/hourly leave.
Even if there is no stamp, it is treated as "hourly leave" = "work record", so it is not treated as error work.
Settings ＞ Other ＞ Options ＞ Error Work settings "No time rec./Schedule"」：It is displayed only when it is displayed.
No schedule (Unregistered schedule tab)
Schedules for clock-in and clock-out from work have not been registered on the day with the recorded data.
Please register the work schedule / leaving schedule, or assign the work pattern for which the work schedule has been set.
Settings ＞ Other ＞ Options ＞Attendance data error settings "With time record / No schedule」：It is displayed only when it is displayed.
Settings ＞ Schedule ＞ Pattern settings ＞ [Edit] of the target pattern ＞ Extension "With stamp / No schedule ": An error will occur even if the attendance schedule is empty. It does not appear in work.
Leave days shortage (leave days shortage tab)
Leave are exceeding the number of days remaining.
In all menus "Vacation Management", please adjust the remaining number by granting or cancel the vacation.
* Leave type: Subtraction , Allowing negative numbers: If you do not check Disable leave when it reaches 0 days", this error may occur if you take leave earlier than the leave grant date.
Consecutive work (consecutive work tab)
Have worked continuously for a specified number of days.
It is treated as an alert, not an error. Please use it as an index for business improvement. It is not displayed in the management screen Home> "Processes that need to be dealt with".
Settings ＞ Other ＞ Options ＞ Error work setting " Continuous work ": ● If the number of consecutive days is longer than that, the employees who meet the display conditions are displayed.
All menus> Error work> Specify the display period and click [View]. Click the [Continuous work] tab to display the target employees.
Attendance outside tenure (Attendance outside tenure tab)
Work data exists before the date of joining the company or after the date of resignation.
If you don't need the data, please use [Delete all] to delete the work data outside the enrollment period. If you make a mistake in registering the hire date / retirement date, please re-register with the correct date in [Employee Settings].
About the display period of error work
If "stamping error", "without stamping / with schedule", "with stamping / without schedule", and "insufficient vacation remaining" exist within the past two months from the present, "processes that need to be dealt with" on the home screen. It will be displayed in.
If the judgment range of error work is "until the previous day", the same day work will not be judged as an error. For example, even if there is an omission on the day of the closing date, it can be closed as it is. Please be careful.
You can change the judgment range of error work to "until the day". If you would like to make changes, please contact our support center.
