Fixed (weekly, monthly)
Every week and every month, work hours that exceed a uniform reference time are counted as overtime hours. If you want to use the fixed hours time as a reference time, please select this.
Set the reference time below.
Fluctuation (weekly, monthly)
You can set the reference time for each week or month. Setting is required every year. Please be careful not to miss the setting.
Click [Setting for weekly standard time] or [Standard (hrs) settings per month]> Set the reference time.
*You can use [Copy Last Year's Standard Hours] only on the "Standard (hrs) settings per month" screen.
Flex (monthly)
Please select if you are operating with flex for multiple months. Select this even if you have a one-month flex and settle the amount that is less than the standard time in the next month.
