Division data and time recorder settings can be imported from CSV data.
*This item is displayed only when " Settings > Administrator> Administrator settings> "Basic setting authority"> "Division/time recorder setting" is set to "Yes".

Create an input layout
Next to [Division/Time Clock Data [CSV]], click [Create Layout]> [+ New].
|Layout name||Register the name of the layout arbitrarily (eg "new division registration").|
|Applied type/category||To register a new division, select "New/Update".
*If you select "Update only", the layout will be for updating data for the registered divisions. If you want to import the time recorder settings to the registered department, select "Update only".
|Input item||Select the items you want to import when registering an employee.
Click the item you want to import from "Items selected",
Click the [Add →] button.
The item displayed in "Selected items" has been added to the layout.
After entering the items, click [Register].
Create CSV data
1. Download the template.
[Division / Time Recorder Data [CSV]]> In "1. Select Division / Time Recorder Data Input Method", select the layout created earlier from "Layout Selection" and click [Download Input Template]. To do.
The template (CSV format) will be downloaded. Save it on your desktop.
2. Open the saved CSV file with Notepad or Excel and edit it.
Enter the information exactly as in the title line (1st line) and save the file in CSV format.
For details on how to enter the values and precautions when creating the file , please read the "Read first" at the top of the data input screen for the department/time clock.
Import the prepared CSV data.
1. Select the CSV file you created.
[Division/Time recorder data [CSV]]> Click [Select file] in "2. Select CSV file" and select the created CSV file.
2. Upload it.
Click [Upload] to display the confirmation screen. If there is no problem, click the [Register] button. The import will start.
*If the error list is displayed, you need to modify the CSV file, delete all error elements, and then upload again.
If you input the data of the same department code as the already registered department, the target data will be updated.
