Can I clock-in with password authentication? (Internet Explorer version time recorder)

It is also possible to engrave just by entering the password without performing biometric authentication such as fingerprints or IC card authentication .

Setting up

Settings > Employees > Employee Settings > [Edit] > "Password" of the target person >

"Allow password engraving on time clock (PC connection)": Select "Yes" and [Register].

It is applied by restarting the time recorder after the above settings. On the time recorder, select a button such as clock in or clock out, and then click the [PW] button at the bottom left of the screen.

As the image below is displayed in the center of the screen, select your name from the pull-down list, enter the password, and click the [OK] button to complete the marking.

Introduction of new time recorder

In addition to the Internet Explorer version time recorder, a Windows desktop version time recorder is available. This is a desktop version application that does not depend on the browser environment.

It can be started and recorded even when offline or during maintenance , and is equipped with new functions such as automatic switching between attendance and attendance recording modes and designated working days.

You can transfer at no charge, so please consider using the Windows desktop version of the time recorder.
