Set an employee's hire date
Click Settings ＞ Employees ＞ [Employee Settings] ＞ [Display] ＞ [New Registration] or click Edit Employee , enter employee info: Hired date , and click [Registration].
Set the first grant date
On the home screen, "Settings"> Employees> In the employee type settings, click [Edit]> "Leave-related" category> "Granted paid holidays": [Sets related to paid holidays], and then click the "Sets related to paid holidays" screen.

"Unify the grant date to XX days" …… The date set here is the base date that separates the first half and the second half.
“□ Determine the first half and the second half based on the grant date ” …… Divide the year into the first half and the second half based on the date set in “Unify the grant date on XX days”. For example, if you set "Unify the grant date to April 1st", it will be from April 1st to September 30th in the first half and from October 1st to March 31st in the second half. The second and subsequent grant dates for employees who joined the company during the first half of the year are 10/1, and the second and subsequent grant dates for employees who joined the company during the second half of the year are 4/1.

Apply paid leave
1. When the date of grant is reached , "Persons eligible for paid leave" will be displayed in " Attention" screen on the management screen home . When you click this item, the paid leave grantee screen will be displayed.
2. The number of days to be granted and the days to be granted leave are displayed, so after confirming, the granting process will be performed on the grantee. (The number of days granted is automatically calculated, but you can edit and change it individually.)

Last grant date
|The hired date is displayed until the first grant is made, and the date of the previous grant is displayed after that. It is the date calculated based on the granting method setting and the hired date, not the actual granting result.|
|Entitlement method||The grant method selected by the Paid leave grant method is displayed.
It can be either "Based on hire date" or "Grant date criterion".
|Annual leave grant (days) selection method
||The method for selecting the number of vacation days selected according to the setting criteria is displayed.
Either "contract days" or "working days".
|Weekly contract days||The following contents are displayed depending on the selection method for Paid leave grant days
For "Contract days": Displays the number of contract working days set for the week.
For “Working days”: Calculate the contract working days of the week that meets the “Minimum number of working days to give leave” in the paid leave standard setting and display it with ().
If the number of weekly contract working days is 0, it is displayed in yellow.
|Days within period||Displays the number of days within the standard period for granting leave.|

3. Employees who have reached the grant date will be able to select by selecting the grant/reject/hold radio button. To grant, check the grant and click [Grant on holiday]. Click [Apply] on the paid leave confirmation screen to add paid leave.
