All menu > Leave management.
Details
Click All Menu > Leave Management > [Display]> [Details] of the target person.
When you click on the leave type, the input field will expand, so please set and enter the following 2 items.
- Grant date: ・Set the actual grant date.
- Grant days... Enter the number of grant days.
After inputting the above two points, click [Save] to complete the granting process.
Caution
If you add a negative number of days, the number of remaining days may not be calculated correctly. Therefore, we do not recommend giving a negative number of days.
If you want to adjust the remaining days, please use one of the following methods.
・Edit grant days
・Edit the expiration date (only possible if the expiration date is set)
"Editing the number of days granted"
Leave management > [View]> Click [Details] of the target person> Click the row of the grant data you want to edit.
The entire clicked line turns green, and the same attachment information is displayed in the top row (red frame in the image). Edit the number of days granted in the top row displayed, and click [Save] on the right.
Edit Expiration Date
Pre-setting is required.
Home screen ＞ Settings ＞ Schedule ＞ [Leave type setting] ＞ [Edit] of the leave type you want to edit ＞ Check "Leave Expiry Period"
All Menu > Leave Management > [Display]> Click [Details] of Target>
Click the row of the grant data you want to edit.
The entire clicked line turns green, and the same attachment information is displayed in the top row (red frame in the image). Edit the displayed expiration date at the top and click [Save] on the right.
