You can use the extra overtime tabulation function to convert the time that was added as extra overtime from normal overtime to holidays as "alternative leave" so that you can get it.
It can be set for each employeee type.
It is assumed that the following 4 settings are met.
- Settings ＞ Other ＞ Options > "Attendance Management Settings" category > "Bonus wage overtime aggregate function"
Either “Use 1 phase overtime bonus wage” or “Use 2 phase overtime bonus wage ”is selected.
- Settings ＞ Schedule> Set leave type settings > [Edit] for alternative leave> "Leave by hours"
"Apply" or "Apply (up to 1-5 days)" is selected.
- Settings ＞ Employee> "Daily contract working hours" is set in the employee type settings or employee settings .
- Uses the "substitute leave function".

・"Additional overtime 1 is targeted for alternative leave", "additional overtime 2 is targeted for alternative vacation",Please select either "Additional overtime 1 or 2 as an alternative leave".
・Select "Vacation type to which alternative vacation is assigned".
Please enter the following 4 items in Settings > Employee type settings > Monthly overtime category> Bonus wage overtime .
- Bonus wage overtime
If the specified monthly total of overtime exceeds the set value, it will be separately counted as "extra overtime".
- Items subject to bonus wage category
Select the working hours that will be included in the premium overtime calculation.
* Displayed when extra overtime is set before June 2021. If it is set after that, the items subject to the surcharge are "Weekday overtime", "Midnight overtime", "Non-statutory holiday overtime", and "Non-statutory holiday midnight overtime" in order to match with the calculation target of the overtime upper limit regulation "Overtime". It is fixed with. The target item cannot be set arbitrarily.
- Alternative leave conversion rate (%)
Set the rate at which the extra overtime hours calculated separately are transferred to alternative vacations.
- Bonus wage priority order
When there are multiple working hours selected for "Items subject to premium" on the day when the premium start time is exceeded, select which item is to be included in the premium overtime hours first.
Click the [Register] button at the bottom of the screen. By recalculating time data , it will be reflected in the past aggregated values.
All menu> Leave management > Substitute leave grantees set the following 2 items.
*This menu will be displayed after working at the support center.
- Alternative leave grant time
- Grant date
Check "Grant" and then click the [Alternative leave] button to add a vacation.
An error message is displayed in the "Remarks" column.
If the target person does not have the "contracted working hours per day", set the "employment classification setting "contracted working hours per day" or the employee setting "contracted working hours per day". Message is displayed, and the grant cannot be made.
