Is the number entered in "Estimated break time" counted as break time?

It can be changed according to the application.

There is an item called "scheduled break time" on the schedule pattern creation screen and the work data edit screen . You can change the handling of this number.

Schedule pattern creation screen

Settings> Schedule> Pattern Settings> Edit> Break Schedule [Details] tab

Work data edit screen

Frequently used menu> Daily data> Edit

Details

You can switch to the following three applications.

The scheduled break time is also reflected in the results * Default

It will be reflected in both the schedule and the actual results. Select this when you do not have a fixed break time for the corresponding pattern and want to make settings such as "If you use this pattern, take a 60-minute break".

* In this case, "plan" is an item when you are using the forecast function.

Example: Attendance clock in 9:00 Attendance clock out 18:00

(Break related setting, employee type setting > No break time setting)

Reflect the scheduled break time only in the schedule

It will be reflected only in the schedule when viewing the forecast. Please note that it will not be reflected in the actual data.

Example: Attendance clock in 9:00 Attendance clock out 18:00

(Break related setting, employee type setting > No break time setting)

Do not consider scheduled break time

It is not reflected in the schedule or the actual break time.

Example: Attendance clock in 9:00 Attendance clock out 18:00

(Break related setting, employee type setting > No break time setting)

Switching functions

If you wish to operate the scheduled break time only as a schedule and only record the break as the break time, please consider switching the function.

To switch, it is necessary to request at the support center. Please request the setting change of "Handling scheduled break time".

Note
Break schedule: "Break start time" to "Break end time" are not applicable .
