You can fix it manually.
Settings ＞ Employees ＞ Employee type settings ＞ Schedule: Days to apply Auto schedule: ＞ leave it blank
When you time record, the schedule for the day will be assigned.
Settings > Schedule> The schedules registered in the auto schedule settings and those belonging to the division will be reflected.
Therefore, if the auto schedule is different for each division, the help work schedule will be assigned.
Example) Division [Headquarters] Mr. Taro Tatsumi time record on Tuesday at [Osaka Branch]
→ An automatic schedule [normal work (Osaka)] will be assigned.
If you want to change this to your usual schedule, you will have to change it directly from the work edit screen of the target day.
Management screen Home ＞ Daily data ＞ "Edit schedule"
* If the "division assigned" of the schedule pattern is limited, the division to be used and the division to work may not match and the desired pattern may not be selected.
