We will show you the setting method when the planning work type discretionary labor system or the professional work type discretionary labor system is applied .
The detailed setting method will differ depending on the aggregation rule, but here we will explain the setting method when managing attendance with the following rules.
- Overtime hours
Do not count
- Late-in/early-out (hrs)
Do not count
- Late-night working hours
- Working hours on weekends and holidays
Create employee type setting
Click Settings > Employees > Employee Type Settings > [+New Registration].
- Late-night work hours
Enter the midnight working hours.
- Calculate day's overtime work
Uncheck "Overtime start time".
After entering, click [Register].
You can create a new employee type by copying the existing employee type settings. Click [Edit] of employment classification, change the employee type code and employee type name, and click [Register Alias] to copy the settings.
Change employee type
Change the employment classification of employees to which the discretionary labor system is applied to the created one.
Please refer to here for the changing method.
This change does not apply to the aggregation of days that have already been recorded. To reflect the changes in the past aggregated data, recalculate attendance data .
Set work day type
Set the work day type in order to aggregate the work hours on weekends and holidays separately.
Open Settings > Schedule > Automatic Schedule Settings , select an employment category, and click the [View] button. The [Schedule Registration] button will be displayed. Click it.
Set the work day type and click [Register].
How to count time
Check the aggregated value on the time card.
- Fixed (hrs) (*)
If the type of work day is weekday, it will be counted as a “weekday” line, and if it is a legal holiday or a non-legal holiday, it will be counted as a “holiday”.
- Overtime hours, late-night overtime hours
- Late-night working hours (*)
The working hours required for the "midnight work hours" defined in the employee type settings are recorded. If the type of work day is weekday, it will be counted as a “weekday” line, and if it is a legal holiday or a non-legal holiday, it will be counted as a “holiday”.
- Late, early leave
* If you want to separately calculate the working hours for legal holidays and non-legal holidays for specified hours and late-night working hours, please use the custom data item setting function .
When you want to assign a fixed value to a given time
For employees to whom the discretionary labor system is applied, it is assumed that the deemed working hours are set in advance between labor and management.
Basically, the working time is calculated based on the time stamp, so it is not possible to assign a fixed value to the specified time.
If you want to output a fixed value by CSV export when linking with salary software, you can use the monthly data custom item to assign a fixed working time to a predetermined time.
Example: When you want to display "160" hours fixedly at "fixed hours"
All menu > > Export / import Data output (Export)> [Monthly data [CSV]] beside " Create layout＞ ＞ Monthly data custom item > [+Create new]
On this registration screen, set as follows.
- Custom item name
Enter an arbitrary name.
- Calculation unit
- Fixed value
The created custom item has been added to the monthly layout registration screen.
Add the created item to the layout and export.
I explained an example of setting up a discretionary labor system, but I think that the aggregation rules vary depending on the company. If you have any questions about the settings, please feel free to contact the support center.
