When employees apply for their own leave, such as injury or illness leave, they can apply with attaching a medical certificate.
Checklist
There are two types of vacation acquisition methods: the old type: "use leave pattern" and the new type: "use leave type". The settings differ depending on which method is applied, so please check the usage status of your company by referring to the following article. Please note that "Leave type use" is applied to accounts issued after June 16, 2020.

How to take vacation "Use pattern"
Leave type setting
Please check the image below for a setting example. Select "Required" or "Optional" for the " File upload when requesting vacation" item.

Pattern setting
Create a pattern with the leave segment created above. Please see the image below for an example of creation.
How to submit a medical certificate
When applying for the relevant vacation using the vacation pattern created above, you can select a file in the "File upload when applying for vacation" field. After selecting, apply.

-You can upload JPEG, PNG, PDF files, etc.
-The maximum file size is 8MB.
・Uploaded images will be encrypted and saved.
-Uploaded images can be viewed only by the administrator who performs approval work.

How to submit a medical certificate
When applying for the relevant leave using the leave type created above, in the "File upload when applying for leave" column. You can select the file. After selecting, proceed with request.

How to confirm the medical certificate at the time of approval
You can check the medical certificate when the administrator approves it. Please confirm the "Image link" in the image below before approval.

Note
-Uploaded images can be viewed only from this screen.
・You cannot view the file of the application date more than one year before today.
-After the application is approved, the attached file can be viewed in the "Completed" tab within one year from the application .
-The image link is valid for 10 minutes.
*If the image cannot be displayed, "redisplay" the approval screen and update the link to view it.
