You can treat overtime hours that exceed eight hours a day as overtime. In addition, those who work more than 40 hours a week can be treated as overtime.
1. Setting ＞ Employees ＞ Employee type setting ＞ [Edit] of target classification ＞ "Calculate day's overtime work" category ＞ "Overtime start time" , Set as 8 hours 0 minutes excess work will be counted as overtime.
2. In the same employee type setting screen, in the "Weekly Overtime total" category> " Weekly legal working hours", "Set 40 hours and 0 min(s) over will be considered as overtime".
In addition, the calculation target of "weekly legal working hours" is as follows.
- Work day type: Weekdays, non legal time-off
(※ If the "holiday overtime calculation function" is set to "do not use", the calculation target is only on weekdays. If you want to include the non legal time-off in the calculation target, it is necessary to set change in the Support Center. Please use Contact Form to contact us if you would like to change the settings.)
- Attendance items: fixed, extra hours, fixed late-night hours, extra late-night hours
Calculations are performed in chronological order, and overtime hours are counted from the point where the standard time is exceeded. Even during the last month and the first month of the month, the calculation will be made based on the working hours of one week.
If the weekly variable work setting is set in "Working style", "Legal working hours per week" cannot be selected.
This change does not apply to the aggregation of days that have already been set. To apply, recalculate attendance data .
