For each person, "Time Card (PDF)" and "Daily Data (CSV)" can be output collectively for up to 5 years.
Details
1. Open the menu> search employee. {lease search for subjects in the "employee code" or "employee name."
2. Click [Daily data output] or [Time card output] in [Others].
3. On the next screen, in [Target year for output], specify the target period for output from [Specify date]. In the case of [Time card output], you can select "Select by closing date" in "Output option". If you select this, you can output PDF pages separately for each month.
"Output data format", select the "output layout". Click the [Data output] button.
