◆ All menus > Export / Import > Data output (export)> [Schedule count data [CSV]]
You can output the number of times an employee has used the pattern in CSV format. To use it, internal settings in the support center are required. Please contact us from the inquiry form to the effect that you would like the "schedule count data output function".
* This operation can be performed by an administrator with "Master Administrator" or "Data Output" authority.
Export procedure
1. Open the screen below.
All menus > Export / Import > Data output (export)> [Schedule count data [CSV]]
2. Specify the following items as output conditions.
Output target date
Monthly and date can be specified.
Division selection
The data of the selected division is output. Please combine with the following employee type selection.
Employee type selection
The data of the selected employee type is output.
3. After selecting the conditions, click the [Data Output] button. Transit to the screen to narrow down the pattern to be output.
4. In "1. Filter patterns", narrow down the patterns to be displayed in "2. Select patterns" at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select the pattern to be output in "2. Select pattern" and click [Data output].
6. Check the output contents on the next "Check schedule count data output" screen, and click [Data output].
It is convenient to check the output data with CSV editor software or Excel. Below the pattern name is the number of times the employee has used it during the period. Taking the figure below as an example, Ichiro Attendance shows that he has used the "normal work" pattern 21 times.
