First, you need to send the engraving URL to the employee. Follow the steps below to check and send the URL for time recording.
- Please log in to the management screen as a master administrator or a general administrator who has the authority to "employee settings" of the target organization. Please register your email address in advance from the screen below.
Settings " Employees "> Employee Settings > [Display]>
[Edit]> Basic information of target employee " Email address」
- If you set the spam filter etc. on your mobile device or carrier, emails from this system may not be delivered normally. Please temporarily turn off the spam filter.
Send the URL to all employees at once
1. Settings " Employees "> Employee Settings > Select a specific division and click [Display]> [Send Mail]
Please note that if you do not select the division, the [Send Mail] button will not be displayed.
2. In " Select mail template ", select "For My Recorder" and click [Reflect].
*The template for "My Recorder " also includes a "for mobile browser engraving" URL for future phones.
*If "My Recorder Function" is OFF, the template will be "for mobile browser time record" rather than "for My Recorder". In that case, select "For mobile browser time record" and click [Reflect].
The login ID can be sent by e-mail together with the engraving URL. However, the login PW cannot be notified. If the employee does not know his password , check "Reset Password" and click [Reflect]. A link to the screen where you can set a password will be added to the email content.
3. At the bottom of the screen, check the employees you want to send an email to and click [Send Email].
Send URL individually
1. Setting " Employee "> Employee setting > [Display]> [Send time recorder URL] of the target person
2. If the employee does not know his login PW, check Reset password. Check the e-mail address in the "Send to" field, and if there is no problem, click [Send E-mail]. This is the end of the operation for the administrator.
Employees check the email sent by the administrator , access the URL in the email, and enter the ID and PW.
If the link to the password change screen is attached , set the password before logging in.

When used with a PC browser and Android smartphone
When you access the My Recorder URL on your PC browser and Android smartphone, a shortcut for My Recorder is automatically created. You can use it like an app without using a browser.
If the corresponding template is not displayed in " Select Email Template ", or if the [Send Time Recorder URL] button is not displayed on the employee setting screen , please contact us from the inquiry form. Internal settings are made so that this function can be used.
