How do I submit substitute work day and comp leave at the same time?

Using the "Probation leave application function", I will explain the procedure to apply for a transfer date and a transfer holiday at the same time as a set.

Terms of Use

1. How to take a leave: It must be an environment of "leave type setting"

This function can be used in an environment where the vacation acquisition method is "leave  type  setting". Click here for how to confirm.

 

How to get leave for customers using the pattern
With the new method of "leave type setting", the initial setup is easy, the application is simple, and various new features are available.

Here are the merits of switching and details of specifications, so please consider switching to "leave type setting" after checking.

 

2. Leave: "Public holidays" and working days: "legal time off" and "non-legal time off" are assigned

For public holidays, it is necessary to assign leave: "public holiday" and working day type: "legal time off" and "non-legal time off".

 

1. Create a "public holiday"

If you want to create a new "public holiday", please refer to this procedure (you don't have to have a "public holiday") in the name of the vacation).

 

2. Assign a schedule for public holidays

For public holidays, the following schedules will be assigned in advance.

  • Vacation: "Public holiday (full-day leave)"
  • Working day type: "Legal time off" or "non-legal time off"

If you have a regular holiday depending on the day of the week:

If you don't have a fixed holiday, such as a shift system:

Please refer to this and assign it manually.

Pre-set

1. On the management screen, go home > Settings > Schedule > Leave Type Settings > New Registration, and enter as follows.

The number Item name Explanation
1 The name Enter any name (such as "Substitute holiday").
2 half day vacation We recommend that you select "Do not apply".
  • You can't transfer on a half-day basis with the "day leave application function".
  • In the case of transfer to work on a statutory holiday, it is not permitted by the Labor Standards Act to obtain a transfer holiday in half a day.
  • If you work on a non-statutory holiday, there is no legal problem to get a transfer holiday on a half-day basis. In this case, please set this item "apply" and respond with a normal schedule application when taking a half day off.
3 Leave Balance Adjustments Select "Add".
4 Comp leave request Select "Apply".
5 Request period Enter the upper limit of the period from the transfer date as an integer of 1 or more. You can select "day" and "month" as the unit.

Leave type 

Select

Select the leave type to be transferred (such as "public holidays"). You can choose the additional type of leaves registered in your environment.
※You can't choose "paid leave" or "replacement leave".
7 Vacation (by hour unit) We recommend that you select "Do not apply". This is because it is not permitted by the Labor Standards Act to grant a substitute holiday in the hourly basis when you work on a holiday.

 

2. In addition, enter the necessary items and click "Register".

Employee operation (application)

I will explain how to apply for a transfer date and a transfer holiday.

 

Example of application
It was a public holiday on Saturday, March 5, but I went to work on a transfer. I want to get a substitute holiday on Thursday, March 3.

 

※You can't transfer it on a half-day basis with this function. When you get a substitute holiday on a half-day basis, please apply for the normal schedule.

 

Operation from a PC

1. Log in to the Time Card with your PC browser.

 

2. Select [≡] > [Comp leave request] on the transfer date (Saturday, March 5).

Supplements
[Application for comp leave request] will be displayed when all of the following conditions are met:

1. The working day type is "legal holiday" or "legal non-legal holiday".
2. The vacation category selected as "target vacation category" is assigned when creating a substitute holiday.

3. The vacation take unit is "full-day leave".

 

3. The application for a comp leave will be displayed, so enter the following and click [Comp leave request].

Item name Explanation
Obtained substitute time-off date Select the day of taking a holiday (Thursday, March 3).
※You can only select the day when the working day type is "weekdays".
Comp Leave Type Select the leave type to be transferred.
Request message Enter a message to the administrator.

 

4. After applying, [Request] will be displayed on both "transfer work day" and "transfer leave acquisition date".

Application from a mobile phone or smartphone

1. Log in to the employee screen with your mobile phone or smartphone.

 

2. Go to [Request for each type] > [Comp leave request]. The calendar screen will be displayed, so select the transfer date (Saturday, March 5).

 

3. Enter as shown below and click "Set applicable request date".

Obtained substitute time-off date Select the day of taking a holiday (Thursday, March 3).

Comp leave type Select the leave type to be transferred.
Request message Enter a message to the administrator.

 

4. The confirmation screen will be displayed, so if there is no problem, click "Apply".

Administrator's operation (approval)

I will explain how to approve the transfer work day and the transfer holiday.

 

1. When the application is completed, "Comp leave request" will be displayed in the management screen Home > "Attention" screen.

 

2. Confirm the target employees and the contents of the application (transfer date, transfer date, transfer leave type, request message, etc.), and click [Approve] or [Reject].

If the transfer date and the transfer holiday are approved, the schedule will be as follows.

The number The content Explanation
1 Day off The leave type "substitute holiday" and the acquisition unit "full day leave" will be registered. In addition, the schedule (patterns, clock in/clock out schedule, etc.) and working day type that were originally registered on the transfer date will be registered.
2 Transfer date The schedule that was originally registered on the day of taking the holiday will be registered. The working day type is on weekdays.
