Change the maximum number of days that can be acquired
Change and register Settings > Schedule > Leave type settings > [Edit]> "Hourly Vacation" for the applicable leave type .
"Apply"
With no specific restrictions, you will be able to get all of the leave granted in hours.
"Apply (up to 1-5 days)"
* Displayed only for subtraction type vacations. Limit how many days of vacation you can take in a year.
*If hourly vacation acquisition data exists, you cannot change it, so please contact the support center.
About 1-year calculation
Where the start date of the year begins depends on your settings.
[1 Set the start date as the start date of the business year
(Example) I want to set the start date of the business year: 4/1 and the hourly leave from 4/1.
In the case of the following settings , the start date of the business year will be the starting date of the hourly leave.

[2 Start date is the grant date for each employee (granted based on the hire date)
(Example) If the first paid leave is set 6 months later and is set to the annual paid day, the hire date: 5/1 → The first paid leave is given half a year after joining the company, so 11/1. Hourly leave is from November 1st to 1 year.
Please note that the starting date for one year does not change even if you give it manually.
In the case of the following settings, the first grant date will be the start date of hourly leave.

For one year of taking hourly leave, we would like to set it as 5/31 from the first 8/1 to the grant date, and from 6/1 to 5/31 after the second.
In the case of the following settings, the grant date will be the start date of hourly leave.

Change acquisition hourly unit
It is possible to set the acquisition unit for how many hours each hourly leave is taken.
Settings > Employees> Employee type settings > [Edit]> "Leave-related" category> Click the [Details] button> Select "Time unit for taking time leave"> [Register]
(Example) If you set the unit for vacation (by hour): "2" hours
→Daily contract work hours per day: For employees of 8 hours
You can get 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, or 8 hours at a time, so if you try to get only 1 hour by editing work data, the following error will occur.
