1. Open Settings> Display> Custom Data Item Settings .
2. Select Daily or Monthly.
What is daily custom data item setting?
This sets the custom item for daily data. This item can also be used in the layout of "Daily data [CSV]" and "Time card output [PDF]" in all menus> Export/Import.
What is monthly custom data item setting?
This sets the custom item for monthly data. This item can also be used in the layout of "Monthly data [CSV]" and "Time card output [PDF]" in all menus> Export/Import.
3. Click Create New. Enter the required items on the next screen to register.
Custom display code (required)
Enter any code with 3 to 8 alphanumeric characters.
Custom display name (required)
This is the custom item name displayed on the time card. Please enter within 25 characters.
*If the item name is too long and it is difficult to read the time card, you can enter vertically.
Select from “Hrs”, “Day”, and “Numeric" value. You can select the corresponding item in the column below.
*Items with different units cannot be selected in the same custom item. Example) + Overtime hours + Paid days cannot be selected because of the combination of "hours" and "days"
Rounding is performed on the final value calculated for each custom item. If you want to round up to the nearest whole number, check "Round up". If you do not check "Round up", the fraction will be rounded down.
You can set the round off unit in the employee type setting, but if both are set, it will be double rounded, so be careful when setting this item.
Set this when you want to ignore values less than a certain number for the calculated working hours. For example, if you want to treat a delay of 15 minutes or less as 0 minutes, enter 16 in the Delay field. This value will be applied to the working hours after rounding.

By checking "+" or "-", you can add or subtract attendance items to calculate custom items.
● Custom data item settings are "up to 20" for each day/month .
● “Custom-based” for daily customs are working hours that are not covered by the working hours limit, overtime limit and “handling of scheduled working hours” within the employee type.
● If you add the "Leave remaining days" item in the monthly custom, it will be displayed only on the time card.
4. If you want to sort the display order, drag the item names and sort, and then click the [Save Order of Display] button.
How to check work data
You will be able to see both regular and custom layouts. Switching is done in the upper left of the work data confirmation screen.
You can switch the default display from the support center, so please let us know your desired display from the inquiry form.
Only the layout selected as the default display is displayed. It is not possible to switch.
