Please use it if you have changed the settings related to leave, or if the expected number of remaining days/acquired days is not reached.
*It is not possible to return to the number of remaining days/acquired days before recalculation. Please be careful when using it.
When you change the leave settings, it may not be applied to the calculation of remaining leave days. Therefore, the number of days left to leave and the number of days taken on the screen are different from the expected ones.
Example: Requested the support center and changed the setting for " half-day and hourly leaves "
If the number of remaining days or the number of days remaining is different from the expected one, please try again by recalculating before contacting us.
How to recalculate leave
Execution method from leave management screen
1. All menus> Leave management> Select the leave you want to recalculate and click [Display].
2. Click the [Recalculate] button and a confirmation message will be displayed. Click [OK].
How to execute from the leave details screen
1. Click All Menu> Leave Management> Details of the employee you want to recalculate > Leave for which you want to recalculate.
2. Click the [Recalculate] button and a confirmation message will be displayed. Click [OK].
