The following are the most common causes.
- SmartOn ID account and employee cannot be linked
- The log output destination of SmartOn ID has changed
- Proxy settings are not set in the linked service
- SmartOn ID itself is not logged

SmartOn ID account and employee cannot be linked
When setting up the linkage of this service, it is necessary to link the SmartOn ID account and KING OF TIME employee. If it is not linked correctly, the log from SmartOn ID will not be recorded.
The log output destination of SmartOn ID has changed
The output destination of the log may have been changed when the SmartOn ID Log Server was installed or afterwards.
Please confirm the output destination of the log on the setting screen of the log server, change the contents of putConfig.bat of the linkage service, and set up again.

Proxy settings are not set in the linked service
The SmartOn Log Server sends the aggregated data to the server for secure login, but if a proxy server is built in the network environment, proxy settings are required for the cooperative service.

SmartOn ID itself is not logged
If the SmartOn ID log itself is not saved in the given folder, there may be a problem with the overall configuration. In that case, please contact the SmartOn ID support center.
