After transitioning to the online help from "Help" on the upper right of the management screen, please send the changed person in charge name and email address to the support center from "Inquiry" on the upper right of the online help. We will change the administrator information at the support center. Therefore, there may be a time lag before the changes are reflected in the online help. If you cannot log in to the online help immediately after changing your email address, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please take a moment to try it.
