How can I get manned support from the operator?

Only the master full authority administrator can use manned support by the operator.

 

If you are not an master full authority administrator, please contact your admin full authority administrator.

To use Manned Support, you need to log in to KING OF TIME.

How to contact us

You can contact us in three ways.

 

Chat Support

You can contact us via chat from the support widget on the bottom right of the KING OF TIME management screen. In addition, it is not available outside of business hours.

Inquiry form

When you log in to online help from "Help" in the upper right corner of the KING OF TIME management screen, the "Contact Us" link will be displayed in the upper right corner of the online help. Click on the link to open the form screen, so please fill in the necessary information and contact us.

Telephone support reservation

When you log in to online help from "Help" in the upper right corner of the KING OF TIME management screen, the "Contact Us" link will be displayed in the upper right corner of the online help. Click on the link to open the form screen, so select "Telephone reservation" in "Contact Us" and enter the necessary information. The person in charge will contact you at your desired date and time.
