Can I ask the support staff to check the account in use?

The support center does not check your environment without your permission.

 

If you would like our staff to check your environment for support, please give the access permission in the following procedure.

 

Authorization procedure

* This setting requires the authority of "master administrator".

 

1. Open Management screen> Others> Support menu.

 

2. In the "Grant sign-in permission to Support Center" item, enter the applicable period and click [Allow access during this period] on the left.

 

Note
・In start date, today's date is entered in advance.
Please enter the start date and end date within 31 days.

 

Revoking authorization

When the authorization period ends, the authorization settings are automatically deleted and the support staff will no longer be able to sign in.

 

If you need to terminate support before authorization period expires, please follow the steps below to cancel the license.

 

  1. Open Management screen> Others> Support menu.
  2. In the "Allow login from Support Center" item, click "Revoke sign in permission".
