What should I do if I want to cancel?

We will explain the procedure for cancelling this system.

* This is a guide for direct sales customers. If you have a contract with an agency, please ask the person in charge of the agency.

 

Cancellation

* The master administrator (administrator ID is ◯◯◯ 1 admin ) at the time of account issuance will be the original administrator account.

 

The following operations are possible only with this original administrator account.

 

1. Log in as the master administrator (administrator ID is ◯◯◯ 1admin) when the account was issued.

 

2. Settings Click "Other"> "Options"> "Company Information" category> "Company Name"> [Cancel] button.

 

3. On the next screen, enter the "Cancellation Date" and "Reason for Cancellation". After checking "I agree" in the notes, click the [Cancel] button.

 

Cancellation date

You cannot enter dates before today. You will not be able to log in to this system from the day after the cancellation date.

 

Reason for cancellation

  Please choose the one that applies to you.

 

* It will be reflected immediately.
* Automatically sent e-mail will be delivered to the e-mail address of the original master administrator.

 

Please note

If you agree to the following and do not check it, you will not be able to cancel.

  • Please note that you will be billed according to the number of people stamped until the month when the time record data is recorded.
  • You will not be able to log in from the day after the cancellation date. Please output the data by the cancellation date.

Things that cannot be done on the day of cancellation

  • Login / time record to My Recorder
    * You can log in to the management screen on the day of cancellation, but you will not be able to do so in the following cases.
  • Login to the management screen via My Recorder
    * When the administrator screen and the employee screen are linked and you are logged in in the flow of My Recorder> Employee screen> Management screen.
    Since you cannot log in to My Recorder on the day of cancellation, you cannot log in to the management screen via My Recorder. You can log in to the management screen on the day of cancellation, so bookmark the URL of the management screen in advance if necessary.

 

 

Cancel cancellation

To cancel the cancellation process due to an operation error, follow the procedure below.

 

* The master  administrator (administrator ID is ◯◯◯ 1 admin ) at the time of account issuance will be the original administrator account.

 

The following operations are possible only with this original administrator account.

 

1. Log in as the master administrator (administrator ID is ◯◯◯ 1admin) when the account was issued.

 

2. Settings "Other"> "Options"> "Corporate Information" category> "Company Name"  shows the scheduled cancellation date. Click the [Cancel] button next to it.

 

* It will be reflected immediately.
* Automatically sent e-mail will be delivered to the e-mail address of the original master administrator.
