Employee type that are no longer used can be deleted. However, please note the following points when deleting.
Delete condition
There are no employees associated with the employee type to be deleted. If there are employees who are classified in the target employee type, please change the employee type of the relevant employee.
About past attendance data
Attendance data is, in principle, calculated based on the employee type settings that are currently being classified.
Calculations based on the setting of the employee type to be deleted cannot be performed after deletion. Please output and save the past attendance data before deleting.

I used to use the employee type of "part-time job", but since all employees were promoted to "regular employees", "part-time job" is no longer necessary.
In this case, please save the attendance data calculated as "part-time job" by "time card output" etc.
After changing the employee type to "regular employee", the calculation will be performed according to the employee type setting of "regular employee".
Impact on linked services
"KING OF TIME personnel and labor" and "KING OF TIME data analysis" are linked by "division code" and "employee type code". Therefore, changing the code or deleting "division" and "employee type" will have the following effects.
KING OF TIME Personnel Labor
→ The cooperation process cannot be performed correctly and the employee is deleted.
KING OF TIME data analysis
→ The overtime data that was linked in the past is deleted.
When linking with "KING OF TIME Personnel Labor" and "KING OF TIME Data Analysis", please be careful not to delete "Division" and "Employee type" that are no longer used.
