Email notifications can be sent to both managers and employees.
Advance preparation
Set the expiration date of each leave. For details on the setting method, please check this content.
Setting method
1. Settings > Other > [Notice Settings] > Click "Expiration Leave Notification" at the top left of the screen.
2 Check the leave types for which you want to set notifications. Also, set what time you want the notification to arrive and how many days before it expires, then click the gray Select Target.
You can set up to 3 days in advance. You will receive a notification if you reach ◯ days before the expiration date.
[Example] Expiration date for "holidays": 2018/10/01 ~ 2020 / 09 / 30
The expiration notice is " 30 days
→ Notification is sent on 2020 / 09 / 01
*The notification timing only supports Japan time. Please note that time zones other than Japan time are not supported.
Caution
"09:00" and "09:30" cannot be newly selected because of server load reduction.
3. On the screen that was switched, click [+ New registration].
4. Set whether to notify the “employee” or “manager ” of the expiration notice of “which employment category” and “which division” . After setting, click [Register].

When you click [Select] to notify the administrator, the following screen will be displayed, and you can also set the administrator to send. You can select multiple notification recipients.
The notification settings are complete.
The email will be sent with the following content.
・Email sent to the administrator
・E-mail sent to employees
Attention!
You can set multiple notification target selections.
For example, "I want to send a notice to the manager for all employees. However, if you want to notify the employee himself/herself only for a specific division', set as follows.
1. First, set the notification target for "sending notifications for all employees to the administrator".
Select "All" for "Conditions"> "Target division/ employee type".
At this time, select "Don't notify anybody" for "Action"> "Email notification to employees", and select the administrator of the notification destination for "Email notification to admin".
2. Next, create new and set the notification target to "send a notification to the employees who belongs to a specific division".
Select "Applicable division " in "Condition"> "Target division".
Select "Notify" for "Action"> "Email Notification to Employees" and select the administrator to be notified for "Email Notification to Admin" as in the previous step.
3. When you return to the "Expiration Leave Notification setting" screen, the order is as follows.
"Notification target setting" is checked in order from the top of the priority, and the one that the employee's division/ employee type matches is applied. Therefore, it is necessary to move the order of priority in the "Notification target settings" (eg, narrowed division, narrowed employee type, etc.) that is set in detail . You can change the order of priority by using "∧" "v" on the left side.
Click “∧” in (2) to move it, and confirm with [Save Priority].
