About supported languages
We support English and Thai.
However, it will be provided in beta version (beta version). Please note the following.
- It does not support PDF time card output.
- No link to online help is displayed.
- Immediately after the version upgrade, the translation of the latest functions may not be completed.
- Notifications from the system are not displayed on the login screen or time recorder screen.
- We do not provide support in English and Thai.
About language setting of management screen and employee screen
Settings menu
It can be set from the following three menus.
1. Settings > Others > Options > "Display Settings" category> "Display Language"
- Switch the display language of the entire company.
2. Settings > Employees > Employee Type Settings > [Edit] or [New Registration] for the relevant category> Expand [Details] in the "Basic Information" category> "Display Language"
- Switch the display language of the employee screen (individual time card) of the relevant employee type.
- The display language of My Recorder, mobile browser recorder, and time recorder application is also switched. For details, click here.
3. Settings > Admin > Admin Settings > [Edit] or [New Registration] of the relevant administrator> "Basic Information" category> "Display Language"
- Switch the display language of the management screen of the relevant administrator.

Select the display language from the options below.

About the language setting of the time recorder
The following time recorder are available in English and Thai. We will guide you through each language switching procedure.
- Windows desktop version time recorder
- iPad version time recorder (face authentication / chameleon code authentication)
- Cloud recorder
- My Recorder / Mobile Browser Recorder
- Time recorder app
Windows desktop version time recorder
Settings ＞ Organization＞ Change the language in Time Recorder Settings > Basic Time Recorder Settings or Time Recorder Settings by Division [Edit]> "Operation Settings" category> "Display Language".
iPad version time recorder (face authentication / chameleon code authentication)
By changing the language used on the iPad, the language of the time recorder can be switched. For more details please refer to this article.
Cloud recorder
Settings＞ Organization＞ Division setting > Change the language in [Edit] or [New registration]> "Basic information" category> "Display language" of the corresponding division.
My Recorder / Mobile Browser Recorder
Settings > Employees > Employee type setting > [Edit] or [New registration] of the relevant category> Expand [Details] in the "Basic information" category> Change the language in "Display language". By switching this item, the display language of the employee screen (individual time card) of the relevant employee type will also be switched at the same time.
Time reorder app
Settings > Employees > Employee type setting > [Edit] or [New registration] of the relevant category> Expand [Details] in the "Basic information" category> Change the language in "Display language". By switching this item, the display language of the employee screen (individual time card) of the relevant employee type will also be switched at the same time.
In addition, the display language of the "My Menu" button in the time recorder app follows the language setting of the iPhone. Follow the steps below to set the language of your iPhone.
- Tap the Settings icon on the iPhone home screen.
- Tap General> Language & Region.
- Select [Language for iPhone].
