Possible causes are:

Overtime is not set

Below, we will explain the measures for each.
Overtime is not set
The condition for collecting overtime may not be set. Set the overtime start time in the following items.
Employee」>Employee type setting > [Edit] of target category> Calculate day's overtime work " Overtime start time "」
Work time limit is set
If the work end time limit is set in the pattern of the target day, the working hours will be calculated only until that time . Please check the following items.
Settings " Schedule」> Pattern setting > [Edit] of the pattern> Plan [Details]> "Work fixed end time"」
In this case, calculation can be done by the following two methods.
- Remove or modify the pattern's work fixed end time.
- Delete or correct the end time of the target day on the work data edit screen
If you delete the work fixed end time of the pattern, it will be applied to all work days to which the pattern is assigned, to the extent of recalculating time data . Therefore, if you want to take special measures only for the target date , please delete the end time limit on the work data edit screen .
Regarding the process of deleting the work fixed end time on a daily basis, in addition to editing by the administrator, application from employees (schedule application) is also supported.
Working hours after leaving work are not calculated
Depending on the settings, it is possible that the work hours after the scheduled time of leaving work are not calculated.
Please check the following items.
Employee」>Employee type setting > Target category [Edit]> Schedule " Handling of work time after Clock-out schedule".」
When "Do not treat as attendance (hrs)" is selected in the above item, the working hours that occur after the scheduled work time cannot be calculated.
Either change to "Treat as attendance hours" or enter "End time" of "Work time" on the work data edit screen of the target work day , and the input time will be counted as working time.
Not applied for overtime
Overtime application may be set in a required state. Please check the following items.
Employee」>Employee type setting > [Edit] of subject category> [Details] Calculate day's overtime work> " Basic overtime limit」
If "Do not approve all overtime (hrs) (0 min is standard)" is selected in this item, you must apply for an "overtime limit".
Employees can apply for overtime hours (in minutes), or the administrator can directly enter it to calculate overtime.
