You can use the "count function" to count the items that are eligible for allowances and deductions.

Functional overview
With the count function, you can create allowance items such as "night shift" and "business trip" and deduction items such as "lunch box" and count them.

To use this function, internal settings by the support center are required. If you wish to use it, please ask the support center to add a "count function".
[Procedure 1] Create a count item
*This operation can only be performed by full administrators or general administrators whose "option" authority is "◯ view/edit".
Settings > Others > Count settings > Click [+ New registration] > Enter the following and click the [Register] button.

count code | Register the code that identifies the count with 3 to 10 single-byte alphanumerical characters. ("1000" etc.) |
count name | This is a required item. Register the name of the count within 20 characters. It doesn't matter if it's half-width or full-width. (such as "lunch box") |
[Step 2] Enter the count value
* This operation can only be performed by a plenipotentiary administrator or a general administrator whose "data output" authority is "◯ possible".
Enter by day
1. Open All menu > Count data > "Daily" tab.
2. Select the division, employee type, and date in the "Specify display conditions" area, and click the [Display] button.
3. Enter a number in the input item for each employee and click the [Register] button.
Enter for each employee
1. Open All menu > Count data > "Monthly" tab.
2. Select the division, employee type, and date in the "Specify display conditions" area, and click the [Display] button.
3. Click the Individual button for each employee.
4. Click [Edit] for each date to enter it, and then click the [Register] button.
About interlocking with the time recorder
A count button is displayed on the cloud recorder, and you can count up by clicking the button. However, you cannot enter arbitrary numbers from the cloud recorder.
It is not linked with other time recorders.
[Step 3] View count values
* This operation can only be performed by a master administrator or a general administrator whose "data output" authority is "◯ allow".
Open All Menus> Count Data and switch between "Daily" and "Monthly" tabs.
- Daily : View the count value for each day. You can check the total for each division and the numerical value for each employee.
- Monthly : View the monthly total of count values. You can check the cumulative total for each division and the numerical value for each employee.
Export function
Supports export.

* This operation can only be performed by a master administrator or a general administrator whose "data output" authority is "◯ allow".
1. Click All menu > Export/Import > "Data output (export)" category > [Count data [CSV]].
2. Select "Output target year / month", "Output method", "Target employee", etc., and click [Data output].
About "output method"
- Daily : Outputs daily values.
- Aggregate output : Outputs the total value of the selected period.
[Monthly data [CSV]]
[Step 1] Create a layout
*This operation can only be performed by mater administrators or general administrators whose "data output" authority is "○ allow" and "option" authority is "◯ view/edit".
1. All menus > Export/Import > "Data output (export)" category > Click "Create output layout" next to [Monthly data [CSV]].
2. The created count item will be displayed in "Selectable items" in "Display items", so add it to the layout. See here for details on how to create a layout .
[Step 2] Output data
* This operation can only be performed by a master administrator or a general administrator whose "data output" authority is "◯ allow".
1. All menus > Export/Import > In the "Data output (export)" category > Click [Monthly data [CSV]].
2. Select "Target Year / Month", "Output Layout", "Target Employee", etc., and click [Data Output].

The procedure is the same as for [Monthly data [CSV]] above.
Import function
It supports import.
* This operation can only be performed by a master administrator or a general administrator whose "data output" authority for all divisions/ employee type is "◯ allow".
1. All menus > Export/Import > In the "Data Input (Import)" category > Click [Count data [CSV]].
2. Click the [Download input template] button.
3. A template in CSV format will be downloaded, so enter and save it.

4. Return to the management screen and click the [Select File] button in "2. Select CSV File". Select the created file and click the [Upload] button.
5. A confirmation screen is displayed. Click the [Register] button to complete the registration.
