What is the "time slot category function"?

It is a function to divide the working hours into time slot categories and total them. You can separate the working hours of each time slot.

 

<Example>

  • From 6:00 to 9:00 → "Morning shift"
  • From 9:00 to 18:00 → "Day shift"
  • From 18:00 to 6:00 the next morning → "Night shift"

  

 

Preset

The setting procedure is explained below. Settings are made in "Options" and "Time slot category settings".

 

Option setting

Switches the availability of the time slot category setting function.

 

Settings > Others > Options > "Attendance management settings" category> Select "Apply" in the "Time slot category setting function" to register.

With this,

  1. Settings > Schedule >A time slot category setting menu has been added. You will be able to register any "time slot category".

  2. Created "time slot category" It will be assigned on the schedule management screen.

  3. "Time slot category" has been added to the items on the daily data screen. The time slot category assigned to the corresponding day is displayed.

  4. The "Time slot categories" tab is displayed on the daily and monthly data confirmation screens. You will be able to check the working hours of each time slots.

  5. You will be able to output work data for each time slots on the export screen .

 

Time slot category setting

Next, register the time slot category.

 Click [New Registration] in Settings > Schedule > Time Slot Category Settings , and enter the following to register. 

Item name Explanation
Time slot category code Register the code that identifies the time slot category.
Please enter 3 to 10 single-byte alphanumerical characters.
Time slot category name Register the name of the time slot category. Please enter within 20 characters.
This name is displayed on the daily data screen of the day to which the time slot is assigned.
Time slot category 1-8 Name: Enter the name of each category using 20 characters or less. [Setting example: Late-nigh work]

Abbreviated name: Used as a summary item name on daily and monthly data screens. Please enter within 2 characters. [Setting example: night shift]

Start time: Set the start time of each time zone division. [Setting example: 18:00 on the day]

End time: Set the end time of each time division. [Setting example: 6:00 the next day]

Break priority: When the automatic break setting is set, set which time slot the break time is preferentially subtracted.
Overtime calculation method If you select "Consider overtime", "Time slot category overtime hours" will be totaled.
You can divide the work that exceeds the overtime start time within the time slot category.
* "Overtime work hours allocation type: Overtime hours" and "Late-night overtime hours (late-night work hours) allocation type: Late-night overtime hours" do not apply.

"□ Apply the overtime limit limit function"
* Displayed when using the overtime limit limit function.
* It can be selected when considering overtime.
Select whether to apply the overtime limit when recording "Time slot overtime hours". Settings > Employees > Employee type settings > "Extended functions" category > In "Daily data rounding unit", if different units are set for the rounding unit of overtime hours and the rounding unit of time zone division, overtime work Please note that the time value may not be calculated properly.

 

Assign time zone division

If you register the created "time slot category" as a schedule, you can aggregate the time slot category on the registered day. 

 

Settings > Schedule > Automatic schedule settings

 or,

All menus > Schedule management > Schedule registration

 Please assign the time zone division at.

 

Check the aggregated results of the time zone division

Click the "Time slot category" tab on the All Menu > Daily / Monthly Data screen to check the time slot category information.
