What is the difference between "normal work" and "flex work" in pattern creation?

When scheduling pattern created by the work type,

You can select "normal work" or "flex work". The differences between the two are as follows:

  

Normal work

Working hours within the schedule are treated as "scheduled", and working hours outside the schedule are treated as "non-scheduled".

The daily overtime calculation is based on the settings in the employee type settings .

 

Flex work

Flextime is a work style that does not set regular working hours per day.

When "Flex work" is selected, both working hours on and off schedule are treated as "fixed".

The daily overtime calculation is based on the settings in the employee type settings .

 

"Flex work" can be set for each work type only for customers who have been using the service since June 2021.
Also, please note that if you change "Flex work" to "Normal work", you will not be able to return to "Flex work".
