However, the automatic schedule setting after change is not applied on the following days, so it is necessary to manually modify the schedule.

  • Days already auto-assigned schedules
  • Date the schedule was manually registered
  • Date the schedule was registered by request approval
  • Date that has time records
  • Past working days

 

Reflection timing of automatic schedule settings

The reflection timing of "automatic schedule setting" and "automatic schedule setting by employee" is as follows.

 

1. Automatic Assignment (Night)

Settings > Employee > Employee type settings > [Edit] for each employee type > Schedule category > Auto schedule applicable days

If you enter a number between 1 and 62 days in the above item, the automatic schedule (pattern, work day type, etc.) from the next day to the set number of days later will be automatically assigned to the night of that day .

 

2. Time record hours

If you clock in on a day for which no schedule has been registered , an automatic schedule will be assigned to the clocked date at the timing you clocked in.

If you do not set the "Automatic schedule applicable days", only the assignment at the time of recording will be applied.

 

Conditions under which automatic schedule settings are reflected

Automatic schedule settings are reflected only on days when the schedule (including work day types) is completely empty.

Automatic schedule settings will not be reflected on the following days :

  • Days already auto-assigned schedules
  • Date the schedule was manually registered
  • Date the schedule was registered by request approval
  • Dates that has time records
  • Past working days

If you would like to change the schedule for these days, please make manual corrections below.

 

Manual schedule modification procedure

1. Open Frequently used menu > Schedule management .

 

2. Select one "Division" in the display condition specification field and click [Display] to display [Schedule Registration].

 

3.  Select the pattern you want to assign in the "Pattern" column of the copy source schedule. Check the days you want to assign to the target employee and click Save.

 

Supplement: How to delete schedules from the next day onward
Select "Delete" in the "Pattern" field of the copy source schedule,You can delete the schedule by checking the dates after the next day and saving.

If you wait overnight in this state, the automatic schedule setting will be reflected, and the schedule will be automatically assigned from the next day onwards.

 

If you want to automatically update future schedules

It is also possible to change the specifications so that future schedules are updated, including days for which schedules have already been automatically assigned , when the contents of the automatic schedule settings are changed .

*To use this function, please ask the support center to add the function "Update future schedule when automatic schedule is updated".

 

Even if this function is used , the changed automatic schedule setting will not be reflected on the following days.

Note
When changing division or employee type in the environment where this function is used, please be careful to carry out transfer processing on the correct transfer date. This is because if the transfer process is not performed on the correct transfer date, the application start date of the automatic schedule setting set for the transfer destination department or employee type will be shifted.
