What kind of attendance is displayed in "Time record error"?

All Menus> Error Work displays various errors and alerts, such as inconsistent time record, missed schedule registration, and time record after the resignation date.

 

The displayed contents differ for each tab. We will show you the causes and countermeasures for each.

Time record error found

* It will be displayed to the master administrator or the general administrator whose "Actual result / time record" authority is "△ View only" or higher.

 

Not all time record pairs (clock-in/out, break start and break end, etc.)

If you forget to time record, please correct the time record data .



The time record are duplicated

If you accidentally make duplicate time record, delete unnecessary time record. If there is a time record on the day when the discretionary work pattern is used, the same error will occur.

Not recorded in the correct order (for example, clock-in was not done first)

Correct the inconsistent time record data.

Time record on the day of taking all-day leave

If you want to treat the target day as a working day, please cancel the full-day leave. If you are absent, please delete the time record.

The aggregated result is only late-in or early out

Check the target clock-in/clock-out schedule, break time, etc., and correct them so that the aggregated results are correct.

No time record / Schedule

* If you are using the " No time record / Schedule " function, it will be displayed to the master administrator or the general administrator whose "Actual result / time record" authority is "△ View only" or higher.

 

There is no time record on the day when the clock-in / clock-out schedule is registered

If the target day is a holiday, please take a leave such as paid leave or absenteeism. In case of missing of time record, please register the time record data.

If there is no time record on the hourly leave acquisition date, no error work will occur. This is because taking hourly leave is treated as a work record.

 

About the display of "Attention!"
If there is an error within the past two months from today, it will be displayed on the management screen Home> Attention!

* When using the " with stamp / without schedule " function, it will be displayed to the master administrator or the general administrator whose "actual results / time record" authority is "△ view only" or higher.

 

Clock-in / clock-out schedule is not registered on the day when there is time record

Please register your clock-in / clock-out schedule.

Leave days shortage

* It will be displayed to the master administrator or the general administrator whose "Actual result / time record" authority is "△ View only" or higher.

 

I am taking leaves beyond the number of leaves remaining

Please adjust the remaining number by granting leave or cancel taking leave.

You can prevent this error by checking "Settings > Schedule > Leave type settings > [Edit] of the target type > Allow negative numbers and check" Cannot be obtained if less than 0 days ".

Consecutive work

This alert does not appear in Administration screen Home> "Attention!".

Outside employment period

* It will be displayed to the master administrator or the general administrator whose "employee setting" authority is "△ view only" or higher.

 

Time record data and schedule data exist before the hire date or after the resignation date

If you do not need the work data outside the tenure period, click the [Delete all] button to delete the work data outside the tenure period.

* This operation does not affect the work data during the period of employment (from the date of joining the company to the date of resignation).

 

If the hire date and resignation date are not registered correctly, click the [Employee Settings] button and re-register with the correct date.

 

About the display of "Attention!"
If there is a stamp or schedule before the hire date / after the resignation date within the past 3 months from today , it will be displayed on the management screen Home> Attention!

* When using the " Alert " function, it will be displayed to the master administrator or the general administrator whose "Actual results / time record" authority is "△ View only" or higher.

Select the following in the "Specify display conditions" field, and then click the [Display] button to check.

Check alerts for actual results such as total time, total days, and time stamped.

Schedule
Check alerts for attendance / leaving schedules. When registering a time range alert, the day corresponding to the alert for which the target category "Schedule" and the error judgment "Alert" is selected is extracted.
* Only time range alerts are supported for the target category "Schedule" . Time alerts and days alerts are not supported.
Alert type The alerts are narrowed down based on the "target period" selected when registering the alert. Select from "Daily", "Weekly", and "Monthly".

・ If multiple employee types are selected in the display conditions, they cannot be displayed unless the filters match.

-If you select "Daily" in "Display period" in the display conditions, you can select a period of up to one month.

 

There is work data (actual) corresponding to the alert

Please use it as an index for business improvement.

 

There is an attendance / leaving schedule corresponding to the alert

* Only time range alerts are supported.

Please correct the schedule of the target day.

Supplement: About the judgment range of error work

There is a "judgment range" for error work for "time record error found", "no time record / with schedule", "time record / no schedule", and " leave days shortage".

 

The judgment range of error work can be selected from the following two types.

Item name Explanation
Until the day before (default) Check for error work during the period up to the previous day . After that day , it will not be checked.
Until the day Check for error work during the period up to the day . It will not be checked after the next day .

 

The judgment range " until the previous day " is not judged as error work even if there is an inconsistency in the work of the day . For this reason, if you perform the tightening process on the day of the closing date, you need to be careful because you can close attendance as it is even if there is an missing of time record on the day.

 

It is recommended to change the judgment range of error work to "until the day " when the closing process is performed on the day of the closing date .
* Please note that if you set it to "until the day", the attendance from the time of work on the day of the day to the time of departure will also be an error work.

 

The judgment range of error work can be changed by the internal setting by the support center. If you want to change it, please ask the support center to change the "current check period for error work".
