Two specifications
There are two specifications for the "attendance confirmation function".
- Attendance confirmed
- Application for confirmation of attendance
I will explain these differences.
About the use of "Attendance confirmation application"
Based on the view of the labor and social security attorney that "attendance confirmation is done by the employee himself", we recommend the use of "attendance confirmation".
For this reason, 2021 February releases over the scan previously, but you can continue to use the "attendance of confirmation application," the customers using only the "confirmation application of attendance", other customers and the "attendance Confirmed Only "to do" is available.
The former customer will not be able to use the "Attendance Confirmation Application" once it has been changed to "Attendance Confirmed".

Difference from "closing attendance process"
A similar function is "closing attendance". If you perform "Attendance confirmation" or "Closing attendance process", all will be in the following states.
- You will not be able to apply from employees.
- Editing by a general administrator will not be possible.
- Only the master administrator can edit.
Next, I will explain the difference between "attendance confirmation" and "closing attendance process"

Preset
To use the attendance confirmation function, make the following settings in advance.
1. In Settings > Other > Options > "Attendance Management Settings" category> "Attendance Confirmation Function", select "Use (Confirmation by Employee)".
* Only customers who have used the "Attendance Confirmation Application" before the release in February 2021 can continue to select "Use (Application by Employee)". However, once changed to "Use (confirmation by employee)", "Use (application by employee)" will be hidden and cannot be selected.
2. Check the item "Display of working hours (restraint time) when confirming attendance" immediately below. This is a function to display the employee's own "working time (restraint time)", "total working time", and "break time" when confirming attendance. By selecting "Display", you can expect to prevent overtime application omissions.
3. After making the above settings, click the [Register] button.
How to use: In the case of "Attendance confirmed"
We will explain the specifications of each of the employee screen and management screen regarding how to use "Attendance confirmed".
Employee screen: When confirming attendance
1. Log in to the employee screen (time card). Click the [Attendance Confirmed] button on the time card for the month in which there are no error work or unapproved applications.

Mobile browser: [Time record confirmation] > Scroll to the bottom > [Attendance confirmed]
If there is an error work or an unapproved application, the [Attendance confirmed] button will not be displayed.

2. A confirmation screen will be displayed. Click the [ Confirm] button.

3. After confirming attendance, a check mark will be displayed in the "Approval" column of the daily data. After that, you cannot apply for attendance.

Employee screen: When canceling
1. Log in to the employee screen (time card). If the attendance confirmation has been completed, the [Cancel Attendance Confirmation] button will be displayed on the time card. Click it.
*Attendance that has been "closed" by the administrator cannot be canceled.

2. A confirmation screen will be displayed . Click the [Cancel] button.

Management screen
If you are using [Attendance confirmed], there is no operation required by the administrator. Here, we will explain how you can check your attendance after confirming your attendance.
Checking employees who have completed attendance confirmation
You can check which employee clicked the button in the Frequently Used Menu > Monthly Data > "Approval" column. When an employee clicks the [Attendance Confirmed] button, the administrator is not notified.
How to use: In the case of "Attendance confirmation application"
I will explain how to use "Attendance confirmation application". We will explain the specifications of each employee screen and management screen.
Employee screen: When applying for attendance confirmation
1. Log in to the employee screen (time card). Click the [Attendance Confirmation Request] button on the time card for the month in which there are no error work or unapproved applications.

Mobile browser : [Time record confirmation] > Scroll to the bottom > [Attendance confirmation application]
When there is an error work or an unapproved application. The [Request for confirmation of attendance] button is not displayed.

2. A confirmation screen will be displayed . Click the [Apply] button. "Attendance confirmation application" will be sent to the approver, and you will not be able to apply after that.

Employee screen: When canceling the attendance confirmation application
You can cancel an unapproved attendance confirmation application. Applications that have already been approved cannot be canceled.

In Menu > Request Log (60 days) , click the [Cancel Application] button for the target application.

In Menu > Various Applications > Application Confirmation / Cancellation > [Attendance Confirmation Application Confirmation] , click the [Delete] button for the target application.
Caution
Even if the "employee history management function" is "used", the attendance confirmation application will be submitted to the approver of the current division. This is because I think that the current manager should confirm the attendance even if it was the attendance before the change of division.
Management screen
When using [Application for confirmation of attendance], approval by the administrator is required.
1. Log in to the management screen and open All Menu > Application Approval. You can check the target person's time card by clicking the [Time Card] button. Click the [Approve] or [Reject] button of the target application.
2. After approval, when you look at the target person's time card, a check mark will be displayed in the "Approval" column of the daily data.
How to cancel the attendance confirmed status? (Management screen)
* This operation can be performed by a "Master administrator" or a general administrator who has "○ View / Edit" authority for "Actual result/Time record".
Log in with an administrator account, and click the [Remove time confirmation] button at the top of the time card.
Notification function
If you have not submitted "Attendance Confirmed" or "Attendance Confirmation Application", you can notify the administrator / employee by e-mail. It is also possible to notify the stamping app (for employees). Please refer to here for the setting method.
* When using the "Attendance Confirmed" and "Attendance Confirmation Application" notifications, employees who have not been "closed" will also be notified.
Please note:
Please be aware of the following situations when using the attendance confirmation function.
Even if I take leave with insufficient remaining number on the day of the expiry date, I can confirm my attendance.
If you have made the following two settings for error work, you will be able to confirm your attendance because no error will be reflected even if you take a leave of "insufficient leave" on the day of the expiring leaves. Please be careful.
- Judgment range of error work is "until the day before" (internal setting)
- Settings > Other > Options > Error In the work settings, the item "No attendance / Scheduled" is set to "Hide".
* The judgment range of error work can be changed to "until the day". If you wish to make changes, please contact our support center.
I can't confirm my attendance even though there is no error work display on the time card.
Even though there is no error work display on the time card, the message "Attendance cannot be confirmed because there is an error work within the period" may appear. Please see this article for details on how to resolve it.
