I have variable working hours. Can I calculate overtime hours?

Yes this is possible.

By the following settings, when the number of schedule hours is exceeded, the excess can be recorded as non-scheduled .

Setting method

1. Settings> Employees> Employee type settings> [Edit] of the target employee type> Click "Modified working hours system" in "Working style"> Select "Manual setting (flex and others)" and select [Transformed working settings] ] To enter the setting screen.

2. Set the "base time" for "weekly" and "monthly". At the same time, check "Work hours that exceed the scheduled time will be counted as overtime." .

3. From the displayed options, select one of the following.

If Scheduled hours is less than Criterion Time, regard hours exceeding Criterion Time as Overtime.
If Schedule exceeds Standard Hours, handle the hours that exceed Schedule as Overtime

→Compare the standard time with the schedule time, and overtime will be done if the time with the larger value is exceeded.
