How to set "priority" for variable work settings?

This is a setting to select which item should be preferentially treated as overtime if multiple items for the modified labor setting occur on the same day that exceeds the reference time .

*This item is displayed only for customers who set priorities before February 2019.

The priority can be set when two or more target items are selected.

Detailed description

For example, consider the following one week attendance.

Attendance data sample

From October 01 (Sun) to October 05 (Thurs), the total working hours is 37 hours. Because I work 4 hours on 10/06 (Friday), I will have 1 hour more than the standard 40 hours. It is the part that can be selected in this setting whether to treat as overtime, which is Fixed, Extra Hours, Fixed Late-night hours or Extra Late-night Hours.

Working hours details for 10/06 (Friday)

As an example of a special work, the work schedule is 21:00, so 1 hour between the time stamp and the scheduled work is “out of schedule ”, and the schedule of leaving work is 23:00, so after 23:00 is recorded as "Fixed Late night hours". Click here for more information.

Priority calculation

In the case of the above work, 10/06 (Friday), I will explain how the overtime work value changes when the priority is changed .

If you check "Weekly" in the options on the monthly time card screen of the target employee and click the [View] button, you can check the total value as shown in the image below.

When the first priority is set to "Extra late night hours"

There is a total of 2 hours of overtime from 10/01 (Sun) to 10/05 (Thursday), but 1 hour of overtime on 10/06 (Friday) is treated as midnight overtime after applying the weekly total. Weekly overtime hours are included in "midnight overtime," which is Extra late night hours.

When the first priority is set to "Fixed late night hours".

There is a total of 7 hours of midnight schedule between 10/01 (Sun) and 10/05 (Thursday), but 1 hour of midnight schedule on 10/06 (Friday) is treated as overtime hours after applying the weekly total. Therefore, weekly overtime hours are included in "midnight overtime," which is Fixed Late night hours.

When the first priority of the priority order is set to "extra hours".

There are 6 hours of non- scheduled hours between 10/01 (Sun) and 10/05 (Thurs), but 1 hour of non-scheduled hours on 10/06 (Fri) is treated as overtime hours after applying weekly total. As a result, weekly overtime hours are included in "Extra hours".

When the first priority is set to "Fixed"

There are a total of 26 hours scheduled between 10/01 (Sun) and 10/05 (Thursday), but the scheduled 1 hour on 10/06 (Friday) is treated as overtime hours after applying the weekly total. Therefore, weekly overtime hours are included in "overtime".
