How can I link with the cloud labor software "SmartHR"?

Employee information can be linked with the cloud labor software "SmartHR".

Preset

1. 1. Log in to SmartHR, click the account name at the top right of the screen, and open [Common Settings].

2. Click "Common Settings"> [Application Linkage] on the left side of the screen.

3. Open SmartHR Optional Features.

4. 4. Click [Install] for KING OF TIME linkage. Once you click the [Install] button, the button display will change to [Open App] from the next time.

5. Click Open App. You can also return to the top screen of SmartHR and click "Optional Functions"> [KING OF TIME Linkage] on the left side of the screen to open it.

Five. Click [Start Linkage].

7. Enter the login ID and password of the admin plenipotentiary administrator of KING OF TIME. Please read the terms of use and agreement, check "I agree after confirming", and click [Accept].

8. When the screen below is displayed, the setting is complete.

Import from KING OF TIME to SmartHR

KING OF TIMEの従業員データをSmartHRに取り込みます。

 

1. 1. Click [KING OF TIME Linkage] in the SmartHR function list.

2. Click the [Next] button in "KING OF TIME → SmartHR".

3. 3. Enter the Employee Information Acquisition Base Date and click Next.

4. Please wait until the acquisition of employee information is completed. You can check the acquisition status in [Linkage Report].

5. Click Start Sync.

6. Check the employees you want to include and click Start Sync.

  • Gender , date of birth , hire date, etc. will be displayed as entered in KING OF TIME.
  • If the hire date is a future date and the retirement date is a past date , cooperation will not be possible.

7. A screen will appear where you can select which office you want to include the employee as. Select your business office and click [Synchronize]. If you do not include newly registered employees, the information will not be updated even if you select the office you belong to.


You can only select one office. If each employee has a different office, either import employees for each office or change the office settings on the SmartHR side after importing.

 

You need to select the office you belong to only if you have multiple offices set up in SmartHR and you are a newly registered employee.

8. Confirm that the employee information is imported in [Linkage result] of the linkage report.

Send from SmartHR to KING OF TIME

SmartHRからKING OF TIMEに従業員データを送ります。

 

1. 1. Click [KING OF TIME Linkage] in the function list.

2. Click the [Next] button in "Smart HR → KING OF TIME".

3. 3. Enter the Employee Information Acquisition Base Date and click Next.

4. Please wait until the acquisition of employee information is completed. You can check the acquisition status in [Linkage Report].

5. Click Start Sync.

6. Check the employees you want to send to KING OF TIME and click "Start Sync". In order to link employee information to KING OF TIME, it is essential that the employee number and first and last name are registered on the SmartHR side.

7. A screen will appear in which you can select which office you want to sync your employees with. Select your business office and click [Synchronize]. If you do not include newly registered employees, the information will not be updated even if you select the place of business and employment category.


One office and one employment category will be applied to newly registered employees checked in step 6. If the place of business / employment classification differs depending on the employee, either import the employees separately, or change the settings on the KING OF TIME side after importing.

8. Confirm that the synchronization of employee information is completed in [Linkage result] of the linkage report.

9. Open the KING OF TIME management screen and check that the employee information has been imported.
Settings > Employees > [Employee Settings]> [View]

About SmartHR employee status

There are three statuses depending on the registration status of the employee.

Employee information is not registered in the linked system. All the information displayed in the list is imported into the linked system.

 

There is a difference

The information differences are shown in bold. The information displayed in bold is imported into the linked system and overwritten.

 

No difference

There is no difference in the employee information to be linked between KING OF TIME ⇔ SmartHR.
