This section explains the flow after ordering "Pit Touch Pro 2".

Flow from ordering to delivery 

1. Order 

Please order from the cart ( Click here for information about the cart). You will receive an automatic delivery email immediately after completing your order from the cart. The second email you will receive after that describes the ordering procedure.

 

Please check the following two points.

  • Bank account information (when the payment method is bank transfer)
  • URL of this content

 

2. Payment 

If the payment method is bank transfer, please transfer the device price to the account described in the email .

 

3. Input of initial setting data

Please download "Pit Touch Pro 2_Setting Sheet", enter the setting information, and send it from the inquiry form .

*When you send it, please zip it as follows.
 Right-click the icon > Send > "Compressed (zip format) folder"

4. Delivery 

After confirming [Payment of device price] and [Initial setting data], we will proceed with shipping arrangement. Pittouch Pro 2 will be delivered with our initial settings. When ordering up to 10 units, the delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 business days. When ordering 11 or more units , please contact the support center as it will vary depending on the number .
