This article will explain how to switch the total time between decimal display and sexagesimal display.
Please note that the display on the management screen or employee screen and the display at the time of data output are different.

"Time record" cannot be displayed in decimal numbers. Displayed in hexadecimal.
Display on management screen and employee screen
*This operation can only be performed by master administrators or general administrators whose "option" authority is "◯ view/edit".
Settings>Others>Options>Display setting category>Switch by time display format .
Decimal number (1.50 for 1 hour and 30 minutes)
Display the total time as follows.
- 1 hour 15 minutes → 1.25
- 1 hour 30 minutes → 1.50
- 1 hour 45 minutes →1.75
Hexadecimal (1 hour and 30 minutes is displayed as 1.30)
Display the total time as follows.
- 1 hour 15 minutes → 1.15
- 1 hour 30 minutes → 1.30
- 1 hour 45 minutes → 1.45

If you select "Decimal", also select the "Treatment of 3rd decimal place when displaying decimal" item.
Display during data output
The display method for data output is set for each layout.

Export/Import > Data output (export) category > Create output layout next to [Monthly data [CSV]] (or [Daily data [CSV]], [Time card [PDF]]) > [Edit] of target layout ＞ Please set from the time display format.
In addition to "decimal number" and "hexadecimal number", "minute unit" can be selected.
Minute unit (1 hour 30 minutes is displayed as 90)
Display the total time as follows.
- 1 hour 15 minutes →75
- 1 hour 30 minutes →90
- 1 hour 45 minutes → 105
