It is possible to add (L) notation to the daily data or the time record field of the time card for the time record made while offline .

“L” is an acronym that stands for “local embossing”. Local embossing means that if the time recorder was offline at the time of embossing, the embossed data that was not sent was temporarily stocked in the terminal and sent ex post.

If local embossing frequently occurs unintentionally, consider checking and improving the network environment.
