Why is my time record reflected on an unintended day?

There are rare cases in which work leave is recorded abnormally long , such as when leaving work is recorded on unintended days such as the previous day due to continuous missing of time records.

<<Example>>

April 1st attendance record at 08:57
4/1 No clock-out
4/2 No clock-in
4/2 Clock-out at 18:05

→ 4/1 Attendance 08:57 ~ 4/2 Attendance 18:05 …33 hours 08 minutes

Further details will be explained here

Details

In this system, attendance records are recorded on the same day, taking into account the date change time. Basically, the clock-out is recorded as the same date as the attendance immediately before that. (Example 1)

However, if there is no time record immediately before the departure clock within "48 hours" , the time record will be recorded on the "day" in consideration of the date change time. (Example 2)

 (Example 1)

April 1st attendance record at 08:57
4/1 No clock-out
4/2 No clock-in
4/2 Clock-out at 18:05

→ 4/1 Attendance 08:57 ~ 4/2 Attendance 18:05 …33 hours 08 minutes

In this example, 4/1 clock-out record between attendance from 4/2 clock-out is 4/2 for within "48 hours" 18:05 is recorded as clock-out record corresponding to attendance record of 4/1.

Time card screen

If the date recorded is different from the work day, " Date + Time recorded " will be displayed.

(Example 2)

April 1st attendance record at 08:57
4/1 No clock-out
4/2 Holiday
4/3 No clock-in
4/3 Clock-out at 19:08

→ 4/1 Attendance 08:57 ~ 4/3 Attendance 19:08 …58 hours 11 minutes

In this example, the leaving time record of 4/3 19:08 is recorded on 4/3 because "48 hours" or more is between the 4/1 attendance and the 4/3 leave .

How to fix

If the time record is recorded on an unintended day, "time record application" or "edit time record" will be performed.

・Please refer here for the method of "time record application".

・Please refer to this for the method of "adjustment/edits".

 Note
It is also possible to change the range to be extracted as an error from 48 hours by changing the function of "the upper limit of the difference in the time record" . For more information, please contact us using the inquiry form.
