Settings > Employees> Employee type settings> [Edit] of the applicable employee type > Calculate day's overtime work> "Overtime start time"

"Overtime hours" if the working hours per day exceeds the hours set above ("Midnight overtime hours" if applicable to midnight hours) Will be recorded.
* Customers who do not use non-legal holiday / legal holiday overtime calculation are eligible only on weekdays.

1. Overtime start time: [ ] Hrs [ ] Min excess work will be counted as overtime

If you select the check box, you can enter the time in the frame, so enter the time you want to set.

2. Count work (hrs) that exceed the schedule as overtime.

The overtime start time is the scheduled time (schedule time) determined by the attendance schedule. This is effective when you want to change the overtime start time depending on the day, such as a modified work system.

3. When both of the above check boxes are checked

If you select both of the above check boxes, two radio buttons (A and B below) will be displayed. You can set the overtime start time when the scheduled time of the day is different from the overtime start time entered as a number.

A

If the schedule is under ◯ hrs ◯ min, count excess hours as overtime
If the schedule exceeds ◯ hrs ◯ min, count ◯ hrs ◯ min as overtime
