Yes this is possible.
Details
The setting is made according to the employee type. First, open the screen below.
Setting " Employee "> Employee type setting > [Edit] of target category
Set the following two items and save the settings with the [Register] button.
- Overtime total of day [Details]> Overtime counting hours for early-in : Scheduled work time>Check Include early (non-scheduled) overtime calculation
- Schedule [Details]> Handling of working hours before clock-in schedule : Treat as attendance hours
Example: When the attendance is recorded at 8:40 on the day of the work schedule from 9:00 to 18:00
If you do not check Include early in (non-scheduled) in overtime calculation, it will be overtime from 8:40 to 9:00.
However, if you check it, the overtime hours for early departure will be overtime.
Note
This change does not apply to the calculation of days that have already been recorded. To reflect the changes in the past data, use recalculate attendance data .
