If the clock in and clock out are not properly paired, they will be treated as an error.
However, in the following cases, even if the pair is correct, it will be treated as an error and the calculation will not be performed.
- Time record are being made for leave patterns.
- Time records are made for discretionary work patterns (discretionary clock in, discretionary clock out, discretionary clock in & out).
1. Time record during leave patterns
The days that are assigned the vacation schedule pattern, it is determined that no work will be done.
Therefore, an error will occur if there is time record data.
If you plan to work on holidays, assign a regular work schedule instead of a leave pattern. At that time, by changing "Working day type" to "Legal holiday" or "Non-legal holiday", the working hours of that day can be included in the number of working days on holiday (hours).
If you want to treat the target day as a holiday, delete the time record data.
2. Time record during discretionary work patterns
The discretionary work pattern is a schedule pattern in which attendance is calculated by assuming that the time has been recorded at the scheduled time without actually recording the time.
For example, in the case of "discretionary clock in", attendance record is regarded as a target, and data is retained internally. At this time, if you actually make an clock in record, it will be judged that "the clock in record is continuous" and an error will occur.
For correct calculation, remove the time record that overlaps with the discretionary records.
Attention!
Although discretionary record is used for the aggregated value, the following settings are effective for requests to keep time records for the purpose of grasping the actual situation.
Settings > Employees > Employee type settings > Target [Edit]> Advanced features "Detect Attendance data error at Discretionary work: ": Don't detect attendance data error> [Registration]
The above is a setting that does not cause an error of overlapping "discretionary time record" and "actual time record", and discretionary time record is used for counting. If you want to aggregate based on the actual time record data, change the pattern of the target day to the regular work pattern.
