Flextime summary items
Let's take the 3-month flextime system from April to June as an example.

Time-card custom
*When the time card (custom) is displayed, the same items as the default are displayed. It is not possible to hide some flextime totals.
①Original Standard Hours
It is the "Standard (hrs) settings per month" set in "Monthly overtime work summary". (Settings> Employee type settings> [Edit]> Monthly overtime work summary: [Base Time for Variable Working Hours ]
②Carry-overs from Previous Month
This is the time carried forward within the settlement period. The carry-over time up to the previous month is displayed in the settlement month.
In case of 3-month flextime system from April to June, it will be displayed on the time card for June of the calculated month.
③Remaining Standard Hours at the beginning of the month
It is the total of the remaining standard time as of the beginning of the month.

April time card → Total base time for each month

May time card → *Time subtracted from standard working hours and carry-over hours for April from 1
519 hours 54 minutes-(171 hours 24 minutes + 42 hours 53 minutes) = 305 hours 37 minutes (*2)
June time card → *Time subtracted from standard working hours and carry-over hours in May from *2
305 hours 37 minutes-(177 hours 6 minutes-10 hours 6 minutes) = 138 hours 37 minutes
④Standard Hours of the Month
It is the standard time after carry-over. It may fluctuate in the last month of the liquidation period.

[June (last month)]
Total base time from April to June: 519 hours 54 minutes (*1)
April → Criterion time: 171 hours 24 minutes + Carryover time: 42 hours 53 minutes = 214 hours 17 minutes
May → Criterion time: 177 hours 6 minutes-Carryover time: 10 hours 6 minutes = 167 hours
In April and May, the working hours not settled this month are 381 hours and 17 minutes (214 hours and 17 minutes +167 hours).The standard time for the current month of June, the last month, is as follows.
519 hours 54 minutes-381 hours 17 minutes = 138 hours 37 minutes
⑤Standard Hours to settle within month
It is the "Standard Hours to settle within month " set in "Settlement Period ". (Settings> Employee type settings> [Edit]> Monthly overtime work summary : [ Standard (hrs) settings per month]
*By default, the value that exceeds 50 hours per week is displayed.
⑥Hours Within Standard Hours
The working hours within the "hours within standard hours" are counted. When the actual working hours are less than the "hours within standard hours", the months other than the calculated month include the "work hours total" for adjusting the deduction amount.
⑦Carry-overs
The time that can be carried over to the last month of the calculated period is recorded.
April time card → It is time to exceed the original standard hours and reach the standard hours of the month
214 hours 17 minutes-171 hours 24 minutes = 42 hours 53 minutes
May Time Card → Shortage of standard Hours to settle within month .
177 hours 6 minutes-167 hours =-10 hours 6 minutes
The carry forward time is not displayed for the last month (June) of the settlement period.
⑧Beyond Standard Hours
Overtime hours to be paid for this month. (Settings> Employee type settings> [Edit]> Monthly overtime work summary: [Standard (hrs) settings per month ]> Base Time for Variable Working Hours )
Time that exceeds the "Standard Hours to settle within month " will be added.
⑨Criterion time
This is an extra overtime that is settled this month. (Settings> Employee type settings> [Edit]> Monthly overtime work summary : Criterion time:
・Settings > Other > Options > Variable Working Hours Setting Feature> Apply

If you are using the additional overtime counting function as an option, the additional overtime hours registered in the employee type settings will be the priority of "extra work hours". If the “overtime work hours” exceeds the set overtime hours, the extra work hours will be counted.
*If the option > Extra overtime counting function > Not used is set , the extra time will not be displayed on the time card (flex time counting).

*[Base Time for Variable Working Hours ]> For the months without "Settlement Period " setting, the flextime total is not displayed on the time card .
Time data recalculation
If you change the employee type settings or modify the work data, be sure to recalculate the time attendance If the settlement period is set, recalculate in chronological order. (Settings> Others> Attendance data recalculation)
Example 1.
We have a flextime system from April to June. Revised May 20, work data.
→Attendance data recalculation is performed once a month in April, May and June.
Example 2.
In April, we have a one-month flextime system (the shortfall is carried over to the next month).
→Since the shortfall is carried over to the next month, April and the next month (May) are recalculated for attendance data once a month.
