I will explain the four similar items.
Setting screen
Requirement
Settings > Employees > Employment category setting > [Edit] of the applicable employment category > Working style > Working hours: Select “Transformed working hours system” > [Transformed work settings]
*If there is no Variable working hours setting function in the employee type settings, select Settings> Other> Options> Attendance management settings tab> Variable Working Hours Setting Feature: Select [Apply] and register.
Units to be used
Select the unit for using modified labor.
"Weekly" "Monthly" "Yearly" "Use only reference time"
Weekly ...Apply variable working hours on a weekly basis.
Example) I want to count overtime work that exceeds 40 hours in a week.
Monthly ...Apply variable working hours on a monthly basis.
Example) I want to count overtime work that exceeds 171 hours and 15 minutes in one month.
Yearly ... Apply transformation work on a yearly basis.
Example) Work that exceeds 2085.7 hours and 42 minutes in one year should be counted as overtime.
Use standard time only ... Only the modified work standard time is displayed. The set criterion time does not affect overtime calculation.
* Monthly and yearly units cannot be used together.
Applicable items
Select the items to be included in calculation.
"Fixed" "Extra hours" "Fixed Late-night hours "Extra Late-night Hours"
*Depending on the setting, "Late-night" may be displayed for late night hours and extra late-night hours.
Fixed ...working hours determined by the schedule (scheduled time for work). If no schedule is assigned, the specified working hours will be until the start of overtime work.
Extra hours...Not applicable to fixed working hours. And working hours that do not correspond to midnight hours or overtime hours.
Fixed Late-night hours...Working hours determined by the schedule (scheduled time for work) within the midnight working hours. It is based on the rule set in "Late night work (hrs) slot" of the employee type setting. (The initial value is "22:00-5:00".)
Extra Late-night Hours...Working hours that exceed the scheduled night and night work hours and do not correspond to overtime hours. Minutes that exceed the overtime start time will be added to "Extra Late-night Hours".
Work day type
Select the work day type to be the target for variable work hours.
"Weekdays" "Legal time-off" "Non-legal time-off"
*After February 14, 2019, "Weekdays" and "Legal time-off" will be checked when newly registered. Before that, only "weekdays" were targeted, so please be careful when creating a new customer who has set up variable work hours before February 14, 2019.
*If you do not use the holiday overtime function, the target work day type will not be displayed. Internal settings are required at the support center.
Work day type ... It is a status that sets whether to count the working hours of the day as weekdays or as time-off (legal time-off or non-legal time-off). If you have not set anything, the work day type will automatically be "weekdays".
When "Legal holiday" and "Non-legal time-off" are selected, the holiday working hours set in the applicable items are also included.

→ The calculation of modified labor is specified time, legal time-off and non legal time-off
Overtime calculation method
Select either "Record in time series" or "Record from latest non-scheduled" for the modified overtime calculation method.
Recorded in time series
We will continue to accumulate working hours, excluding overtime, one day at a time. From the day when the criterion time is exceeded, it will be recorded as overtime.

By April 12th (Fri), 40 hours will have 4 hours left.
The legel time-off 6.00 on Saturday, April 13 exceeds 40 hours, and the modified labor calculation is applied.
Fixed Late-night hours on holiday 4.00 and Extra Late-night Hours on Holiday 2.00 will be counted.
Q: When there are multiple target items on the day when modified labor is applied
A: Daily attendance is recorded in time series.
★1 example, 36 hours in total until 4/12 (Friday)
Work on Saturday, April 13 non-legal time-off 4.00, non-legal time-off 2.00
Up to 40 hours From which item to calculate the remaining 4 hours depends on the time series of the day.
The attendance on Saturday, April 13th will be the time series as shown in the figure below.
For non-legal time-off 1.00 and Extra Hours on Holiday 1.00 that exceed 40 hours will be included in modified overtime hours.
【Priority】
If more than one target item occurs on the day that exceeds the criterion time (Saturday, April 13th), you can select which item should be treated as overtime preferentially.
Priority: Standard, or when there is no priority display, all are calculated in chronological order.
*Displayed only if priorities are set before February 14, 2019.

Please note that if you have set priorities before February 14, 2019 , you will not be able to reset priorities if you perform the following operations.
・Cancel the priority setting and click "Save" on the modified labor setting screen.
・Change the accounting method for overtime hours to "Account from the latest extra hours " and click "Save" on the modified labor setting screen.
Recorded from the latest extra hours
Within the set period such as weekly and monthly, overtime will be recorded in order from the newest date with a new date. If there are overtime hours and late night hours on the same day, the hours will be in the order of latest.
Even if all overtime work is overtime
- It will be counted in order from the latest date within the selected period.
- It will be counted in order of the latest time of the specified time and the specified time at late-night hours. (Including non-legal time-off, including time-off)

The most recent non-scheduled priority will be given to overtime work, so the remaining 7 hours will be calculated from the oldest period.

Overtime hours of 4/12 (Friday) overtime of 5 hours and 3.00 of Saturday overtime of Saturday, April 13 will be modified overtime hours.
Note
Modified overtime hours are not recorded as overtime in daily data aggregation.
*In the daily data, it is the total number of working hours per day.
In the monthly data, the total to which the set modified labor is applied is recorded.
