Can I apply for transportation expenses and allowances? (Supplemental items)

You can apply for transportation expenses and allowances by using the supplemental working record function. This is a function that can also be used for ordering bento orders, etc.

 

*There is no import registration function for supplemental items.

*If the supplemental item settings are not displayed, please contact the support center.

Preset

There are two methods for employees to enter supplemental items: application system and direct registration. When creating supplemental items that can be registered directly, please set the following.

 

Select "Use" in Option > "Attendance management settings" category > "Supplemental item editing function"

Setup steps

There are two methods, one is to directly enter the amount such as "○○ yen", and the other is to select pre-registered items such as "▲▲ station".

 

Item creation to directly enter the amount

Supplemental item setting

1. Click Settings > Others > [Supplemental item settings] > [New registration].

 

2. Enter the required items and select "Number" for the input unit (required).

3. Register the upper and lower limits. If you set the upper limit to "300", you will not be able to enter a number exceeding "300". If the lower limit is set to "0", negative values ​​cannot be entered.

 

4. Enter a display unit such as "yen" or "unit".

 

5. In Type, select "Apply" if you want to apply for input, and select "Edit" if you want to enable direct registration.

* Displayed when "Use" is selected in Option > " Supplemental item editing function ".

 

6. Click Register to create the supplemental item.

Applications 
By using this function, you will be able to confirm orders for bento lunches.
Example of creating sub-items) Create sub -items with item names such as Makunouchi Bento, Salmon Bento, and Daily Set Meals, and set the “upper limit” to 1 and the “lower limit” to 0.

3.In Type, select "Apply" if you want to apply for input, and select "Edit" if you want to enable direct registration.

* Displayed when "Use" is selected in Option > " "Supplemental item editing function ".

 

4. Click Register to create the supplemental item.

 

5. Click Other > [Option] to move to [Option Settings] screen.

 

6. Enter basic information from [Register] and click [Register].

7. If you want to set different transportation expenses for each employee or for each department , click “Optional Values ​​by Employee” and “Optional Values ​​by Division/Employee type”.

 

* The priority when all option values ​​are set is as follows.

 [ 1. By employee 2. By department/employee type 3. Basics ]

 

8. Group the option items created from Option group settings > [New registration] .

 

9. Set the division/employee type of employees who can use the created group from Optional Use condition settings > [New registration] .

 

10. This completes the creation of supplemental items.

Notes on "type"

  • If there is an unapproved supplemental item application, the “type” cannot be changed . After processing all the applications for the sub-item for which you want to change the "type", please change it.

 

  • Supplemental items for which "Edit" is selected for "Type" are displayed only for applicable employees, full-rights administrators, and general administrators whose "Actual/Time record" authority is "◯ View/Edit" or higher .

 

  • If you select "Edit" for "Type", you will not be able to register unless you enter the items and details of the supplemental items. It cannot be used to enter only "Remarks" .
