Is it possible to freely create an export layout for time card output ?

Yes this is possible.

 

Details

*This operation can be performed by an administrator who has "Full-right administrator " or "View/Edit" authority for the basic setting "Option".

 

1. All menus> Export/Import> “Data output (export)” category>  Create output layout” next to “Time card [PDF] ”> [New] to create a layout.

 

2. First, enter the following items.

Item name Description
Layout name Enter an arbitrary name.
Export item name There are 3 marking frames, so enter the person in charge if necessary.
Time display  Select the display format when outputting with this layout.

 

3. Next, select the display item.
From "Selectable summary items", click the item you want to display as monthly data. Click the [Add →] button to display it in the "Selected summary item". You can select up to 36 items. If you select more than 36 items, the error message "You cannot select more than 37 items to output" is displayed.

 

From the "Selectable attendance items", click the item you want to display in daily data. Click the [Add →] button to display it in the "Selected attendance item". You can select up to 14 items. If you select more than 14 items, the error message "You cannot select more than 15 items to output" is displayed.

 

You can add blank items by clicking the [Add Blank] button.

 

Please refer to the sample preview displayed at the bottom of the screen.

 

Click the [Register] button to register.

 

4. If the default is set on the time card layout setting list screen, the layout can be output from the [Time card output] button on the time card screen.

 

When you want to change the time card depending on the employee
If you want to change the layout output from the [Time Card Output] button on the time card screen, you can change it by setting > Employee > Employee type setting > Target category [Edit] > "Advanced features" category > "Time card You can select the layout in "Output format".

 

About layout

The item on the upper left is the "selected summary item", and the summary by work days at the bottom is the "selected attendance item". The marking frame is displayed in the upper right. The appearance of the frame is a fixed template, so it is currently impossible to add or delete the number of frames or adjust the width.

Precautions

If a comma (,) is included in the division name, division group name, or employee type name , the output items will be misaligned due to the characteristics of CSV data. When registering your name, please do not use commas (,).
