Checklist
Since it may be possible for the customer to reissue the password, please check the following first.
- If you know your ID and email address and only lose your password
- If you have created multiple plenipotentiary managers

If you have forgotten your ID or both your ID and password, please reissue your login information at the Support Center.
How to request reissue of login information
* For both direct sales and customers who have a contract via a store, please request using the following flow.
1. Download the "Login Information Reissue Request Form" from the link below, and fill in and seal the necessary items according to the example on the "Input Example" sheet.
Attention
・Please be sure to seal the login information reissue request form with the same seal as the seal certificate.
・ If the contract name may be different from the company name, please indicate so in the remarks column. Example) Contract name: (1) Cafe test Toranomon branch or (2) Izakaya test Shimbashi branch Company name: Test Co. , Ltd.
2. Please send the login information reissue request form and seal certificate from here .
* Please prepare the original seal certificate within 3 months of acquisition.
